We recently worked with Scott and had a wonderful experience with him. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He listened to us and recommended homes that were a good fit for what we wanted but was also willing to push us to consider areas/features that we had not thought of. He's very knowledgeable of the market and has a good instinct for how much we needed to bid on the houses we liked while not being pushy and ensuring we were comfortable with the price point. Taylor Team has a great reputation and I'm confident that one of the main reasons we won the bid on the house we bought was because we were working with them and the listing agent knew that he could count on them to close the deal. We closed within two weeks and Tiffany was on top of the closing process and made sure that everything went smoothly. Even after buying the house, Scott has been actively working with us to ensure that the entire process of remodeling our new home, setting up utilities, moving etc. goes smoothly. I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Mike Mitchell by my daughter who had a great experience with both his immediate team and his close network of professionals. He did the same for me in our move from the east coast. Mike helped me find the perfect house, negotiate the purchase, seamlessly bringing in a fantastic mortgage broker and all parties needed. Offer to close less than a month! Easiest home purchase I’ve ever made!

This was absolutely the most difficult time I have had in selling a home…the market proved to be ever changing and difficult due, I believe, to the interest rate environment that followed an over inflated housing market. However, Taylor Team DFW helped to navigate that market, at times sharing hard things with me I didn’t care to hear (I wish I would have listened to them a little more on the front end) but always working hard for me within the conditions I gave them. I am thankful for their team approach, persistence, and all the work they put into helping us sell our home. I have to admit, I thought about giving up a few times, but they helped provide guidance and information to help us hang in there (without us ever feeling pressured). Special shout out to our agent, Mike Mitchell, for always going the extra mile!

Working with the Taylor Team was truly a great experience both selling and buying a house. The service they provide is next level and they have a team of professionals who are very knowledgeable (including a talented stager and also an amazing director of sales). They were always available to answer any questions and help us with anything we needed. Lance is super easy to work with and he has an extended knowledge of the housing market which was very helpful as we were trying to make the right decision for our family. The Taylor Team DFW have done a great job selling our house in Plano, TX, despite that we have already relocated out of the State. Lance was super responsive and had organized a meeting with relevant contractors and his team members right away when he knew I was flying over to prep for listing. His sales director, Tiffany, is extremely organized and resourceful in scheduling open houses and looking for relevant technicians to come out to provide quotes and fix issues. She is also very good at negotiating with the buyers’ agents. Cindy helped to suggest affordable uplift in doors and lights pre-listing, and provided nice light staging of the house, as well as expert opinion in tile selection when we had to build a new walk-in shower. Linda also provided updates of the markets every two weeks, and reminder of closing documents and processes. The overall Taylor Team DFW is very diligent, organized and hosted open house every weekends for us and enabled live feedback from buyers’ agents and hosts in Brokerbay to us. As we live out of the State, they also walked the extra miles in helping us perform the final sweeping of the house, and selected the title company that is professional and efficient in processing Power of Attorney and notary due to one of the seller being out of the country and the other being out of the State on the closing day. I would highly recommend the Taylor Team DFW.
